About the Position: Our client is looking for a Senior Speech Pathologist to join their growing team in Peakhurst. This is a unique opportunity to step into a leadership role, working alongside the Senior Speech Pathologist Team Lead. The successful candidate will support less experienced therapists, participate in the 'Future Leaders Program', and work towards becoming a Team Lead. Senior Speech Pathologist Duties: Supervise early-career Speech Pathologists and Allied Health Assistants Collaborate with business leaders on project development and implementation Participate in the 'Future Leaders Program' to progress to a leadership role Provide speech therapy services to children with disabilities aged 0-18 years Conduct standardised assessments and individual/group therapy sessions Coordinate client assignments with the reception team and Team Lead Supervise students on clinical placement Attend regular meetings and team huddles On Offer: Competitive salary ranging from $100,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience Bonuses and a CPD budget Full administrative support and resources, including a laptop Flexible work options and free onsite parking Ongoing learning and development opportunities In-house HR support Clinical and leadership pathways Requirements/Skills Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology SPA membership Unrestricted Australian Working Rights Minimum 3 years experience Interested in this position?
